Frequently asked questions

Can surveys be collected without internet?

Yes. The surveyor works offline and the answers, audio and location are stored on the phone. They upload by themselves as soon as the signal comes back, with nothing for them to do.

How do I know a surveyor really did the interview?

Every submission stores the recording of the interview, the GPS location of the exact spot and the time. You can listen to the recordings, rate each submission and see on the map the real route each surveyor walked during the day.

Can my client review the work without an account?

Yes. You share a private link protected with a PIN: they listen to the recordings they choose, see the date and location of each survey, mark the ones they have reviewed and leave you notes. No account, no files to send.

How much does it cost?

It runs on credits: every response you receive uses one. When you create your account we give you trial credits so you can test it with your own questionnaire before buying. Current plans are on the credits page inside the platform.

How many surveys fit on a phone without internet?

We measured 1,101 real field recordings: the median is 9.1 MB per interview, about 110 surveys per free gigabyte. A surveyor doing 20 a day takes close to a week to fill one gigabyte.

Does it work for electoral and opinion polls?

Yes. You can build questionnaires with conditional logic, candidate favourability, spontaneous and prompted voting intention, segment by zone, cross variables and generate the formal report with your branding and its technical sheet.

Do I need to install anything on the phones?

No. Surveyors sign in from the phone browser with their own user, and can keep it as a shortcut on the home screen. Nothing to update: when we improve something, they get it on opening.

What if I run out of credits mid-fieldwork?

No survey is lost. Whatever your team collects meanwhile stays on their phones and comes in by itself as soon as you top up. We warn you in your panel and by email as soon as the balance hits zero.
